My name is Stephanie. I’m a fun-loving yogi with a passion for connecting with others. Movement has always been a cornerstone of my life—a way to play, express myself, heal, and grow. These elements inspire my teaching philosophy, which I’m so excited to share with you.
 

Though I’ve always been naturally flexible, my love for yoga didn’t truly bloom until my mid-twenties. My first yoga class—a hot Moksha Flow session during graduate school—was transformative. I’ll never forget walking into that 90-degree room, finding my space among 40+ other bodies, and feeling both vulnerable and at home. That experience sparked a journey of self-discovery that continues to this day.

After earning my Master’s degree in Human Kinetics, I pursued my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, and the rest is history! Now, as a Registered Kinesiologist, I bring my education and passion together to create thoughtful, supportive classes tailored for every body and ability. Early in my teaching career, I discovered that yoga is much more than physical postures. It’s a powerful way to create community and hold space for those navigating life’s challenges. My mission is to help others carve out time from the daily hustle to find connection, breath, and balance on their mats. Over the years I have deepened my learnings and have expanded my offerings to include yoga, sound meditation, somatic breathwork, and energy work.
